You know and perhaps have read my article series "Address Espeland Station, Vossebanen, Norway or a Norwegian-German relationship" from the PN. The three article parts from PN No. 198, 201 and 202 show an interesting history of the 20th century and a wonderful piece of social philately. In addition, the entirety of the three parts directly illuminates human destinies that were abruptly changed by fanatics and their followers and is real contemporary history that still affects us today and is unfortunately very topical again.

     As part of a lecture that arose from this series of articles thanks to the help of my favorite printer and member Konstantin Frey, a special edition of the Philatelic News was printed, intended as a reminder and advertising (for membership in our FG) for the participants of a meeting of the BERLIN PHILATELIST KLUBS von 1888 E.V. on November 18, 2024.
