During the past months there were different announcements and rumours about changes and future stamp issues with POSTPHIL. But on the 23^rd of January, 2020 POSTPHIL published the issue plan in 2020 [PDF in English]. Therefore, are planned for only two issue days - 7^th of May and 29^th of October, 2020 - 21 stamps and a special block. Booklets are not mentioned in the announcement.
