During the General Meeting 2016 the
"Special Award of the Forschungsgemeinschaft Nordische Staaten e.V. for outstanding merits regarding Scandinavian philately"
was bestowed for the fifth time. Honoured was the longtime 1^st leader and secretary of the Forschungsgemeinschaft, editor of the newsletters and the "Philatelistische Nachrichten" as well as author and translator, Mr. Dieter Fullrich, Winsen/Luhe. The prize was presented as a porcelain polar bear together with a certificate (pictures, laudation, certificate).
