During the General Meeting 2014 the
"Special Award of the Forschungsgemeinschaft Nordische Staaten e.V. for outstanding merits regarding Scandinavian philately"
was bestowed for the fourth time. Honoured was the longtime secretary of the Forschungsgemeinschaft, editor of the newsletters, the "Philatelistische Nachrichten", of the web pages as well as author, translator and expert (BPP), Mr. ROLAND DAEBEL, Oranienburg. The prize was presented as a porcelain polar bear together with a certificate (pictures, laudation, certificate).
