Mr. Matthias Hapke new leader of sub-group Sweden

During the General Meeting 2009 Mr. Matthias Hapke, Berlin, was confirmed for new leader of sub-group Sweden. Mr. Günter Wahl, Dresden, ownwer of the "Special Award of the Forschungsgemeinschaft Nordische Staaten e.V. for outstanding merits regarding Scandinavian philately", hand over the leadership after successful sixteen years.
