During the General Meeting 2008 the
"Special Award of the Forschungsgemeinschaft Nordische Staaten e.V. for outstanding merits regarding Scandinavian philately"
was bestowed for the second time. Honoured was our leader of sub-group Sweden, Mr. GÜNTER WAHL, Dresden. The prize was presented as a porcelain polar bear together with a certificate (pictures, laudation, certificate).
